Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by dedike.net (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
dedike.net provides offshore hosting and server-related services, including but not limited to dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS), and domain-related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
Sending spam or unsolicited messages
Hosting or distributing illegal content (e.g., child exploitation, malware, phishing)
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Engaging in activities that violate the laws of the server’s offshore location
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in the event of any violations.
4. Payment and Refunds
All services must be paid in advance.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Due to the nature of digital/offshore services, no refunds are provided unless otherwise stated.
If a payment is reversed or disputed, service may be suspended immediately.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dedike.net is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected failures may cause downtime. No compensation is guaranteed for outages unless explicitly included in a SLA (Service Level Agreement).
7. Data & Backups
Users are solely responsible for backing up their data. dedike.net is not liable for data loss unless backup services are explicitly included in your plan.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or other security concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dedike.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Privacy Policy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle user data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
