At dedike.net, we stand behind the quality of our offshore hosting services and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility
You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment, provided that:

  • The refund request is made via email to support@dedike.net

  • The request falls within the 7-day window

  • The service has not been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase

  • If the account has been suspended for abuse, spam, or illegal content

  • If there is a chargeback or payment dispute already initiated

  • Renewal payments (refunds apply only to the first purchase)


3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider


4. How to Request a Refund

  • The service purchased

  • The reason for your refund request (optional)
